“The main thing would be not to take the last two weeks too seriously. Our experiences have been designed to bring up the old emotional patterns and responses so we could see them and let them go. It’s not REAL in the real sense of the word haha! But now that you have seen the “enemy†(as in old patterns) – poof! let ‘em go!”

He seems like a lovely bloke :) I haven’t listened to this but wow, that snippet was spot-on. I have gone backwards in the last few weeks – back into the midst of chronic fatigue syndrome land, back into the midst of fears from my childhood, right into the guts of the problems I have with men in relationships so that I feel like I just sorta really kinda wanna be out of here.
Namaste. Listened and cried, so much emotional stuff has been and ia coming up. It really has been a rough two weeks period. Thank gods if there is a change happening soon. At least in my dream consciousness, while not so much in the daytime reality, there has been some deep understanding and beautiful visions. Thank you for a great interpretation again.
My soul sister Sinead and I had suspected that there was something planetary happening out there!I asked her to search for an answer and she mailed me this today!a beautiful mantra and a beautiful answer!
